Hanging in the balance

I was false imprisoned once and know what to expect if the Corrupt Kenosha Courts do that to me again. I have Court- February 7, 2007.

Going to jail for 6 months without any income will destroy your housing accommodations. If you had a house, it will be foreclosed and repossessed. If you rented that too will be gone. Any vehicles you are paying on will be repossessed. Your vehicle plate might be expired a long with vehicle insurance. Most of those things are prepaid and keep ticking without being utilized while you're sitting in jail.

If you have payments from debts being drawn out of your checking account each month, it will quickly overdraft if you struggle with a constant low balance. When I was released from jail the first time, my checking account was froze with massive penalties on top of that for overdrafts.

Every bill and credit card is delinquent and in collection. Your phone is disconnected. You are basically homeless.

Credit scores start at 400 and go up to 800. At 400 being the lowest you are basically a bum sleeping under a bridge constantly begging for food.

When I was released in 2004, my credit score was 430. I couldn't even get a checking account at first. After a while I obtained one but couldn't get a debit card because that required the credit rating for a $100 loan. I didn't even have that much of a rating.

I was wishing that someone would steal my identity, because that might improve my credit rating...LOL.

Now two years later I found out my score is about 560. According to the bank they give it a D for grading purposes. If I go to jail again I will have to start all over again.

It was because of this that I decided to go to the top and take this trip to D.C. I just desire that Congress will step in and enforce justice. I am not wanting to get special favors and lean the Laws to favor me. All I want is that America stands for..."with liberty and Justice for all!"

If Congress will not or cannot do anything to confront the Corruption in Kenosha, then we are living in Nazi America. America then will harbor people of power (like Hitler), that can push their own agenda and destroy anyone that gets in their way. They will be unaccountable to anyone, even to Congress or the President.

However, if there is still authority in the American Justice system, then there needs to be an intense investigation. The Judge is only one of the areas that needs investigation. If the Judicial System was operating as it was meant to be, the Judicial Commission would have taken care of this many years ago. James Alexander should be investigated for why he never saw any misconduct. The ATtorney complaint department (Lawyers Regulation) needs a magnifying glass on them too.

Whatever happens now, I know I did my part complete and wonder if Congress will do theirs. If not, then we live in Nazi-America. I will keep you posted. Thank you for spreading this website.
