Yesterday was court. Once again the court
insisted that I made $40,000.00 in 2001. I am enclosing the document from my account stating that I had a AGI (adjusted gross income) of $20,677.00. The courts absolutely refuse to consider that number of about half of what they are framing me for. They silenced me and then labeled me with the $40,000.00 to be continued. The year 2000 and 2002 I made just under $20,000.00 AGI. Why can the IRS Accept those figures, but the Kenosha courts Can't? Screwed?
For the entire year so far, I have only had my five children for only three days. The seven children haven't seen each other since February '04. I was supposed to have them for one uninterrupted week in the summer. My ex told me that she has too many things planned with the children so it wouldn't work out until September. Am I supposed to take the two boys out of school to be as a family? Screwed?
